To enrol your child/ren at Dimboola Primary School, please contact Administration by either telephone or email and request an enrolment pack which contains all relevant forms and information about our school.
In addition to completing the forms, it is a legal requirement for the school to hold a copy of your child’s full Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Certificate which needs to be provided at your earliest convenience. Birth Certificate application forms are available at Australia Post or online and Immunisation History Statements can be obtained from your local Council or Medicare.

Contact the school and notify us of your intention to enrol your child. If you are coming from another school mid-year we will organise the transfer of information from your previous school.

Complete the provided enrolment forms and consent forms and return to the school, including asthma and anaphalaxis plans if required. We will aslo ask for a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation record to complete the enrolment.
03.
Once your child is enrolled you will be provided with a login to our school management software uEducateUs, where you will be able to contact your child’s teacher directly, access student reports, monitor attendance and receive information about upcoming events.
